(1) CLAIM: Expression of dissatisfaction in relation to products or services.
(2) COMPLAINT: Expression of dissatisfaction unrelated to products or services, or dissatisfaction with customer service.
(3) EMAIL: By providing my email address, I give permission to receive the response through this means.
The filing of a claim/complaint does not exclude the possibility of seeking other ways to resolve the dispute nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI. The supplier must respond to the claim or complaint within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable.
